Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Annette Setterlund to the position of Vice President and Officer of Loram Maintenance of Way, effective June 30, 2011.  Loram recently unveiled it's new Mission and Vision statements, and identified new core value that will serve as guideposts for it's interactions with employees and customers. Loram recognized the need to engage a new executive leader who could inspire and organize our team of dedicated, talented and motivated employees to work together to achieve this vision for it's future.

Ms. Setterlund will report to Phil Homan, Chief Executive Officer, and lead the Human Resource and Office Services functions. She is the first female executive to serve Loram. Her primary focus will include program development and continuous improvement in the areas of employee engagement, total rewards, and training and talent acquisition. She brings a balanced set of insights and best practices from over 30 years of practice in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational turnarounds, new product development, and human capital. She is recognized by colleagues as an organizing moving force in instilling values based cultures, enabling workforce effectiveness, and learning through experimentation. She is a member of the Minnesota Council for Quality, and an active volunteer for Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners (a United Way Agency), and a partner with leaders of the Somali community in Minneapolis, in efforts to advocate for their youth.
